Join nowWe have several Group Items setup to print in detail. However, the detail is not printing on sales orders, purchase orders, not customer invoices.
Thanks for reaching out to the Community, @Judy222. I'm here to share some insights on how you can print the details of each of the items in the group items of QuickBooks Desktop.

This can happen if you've changed the group's setting to print (or not) after using it - on existing transactions.
This is because the print setting is copied to and saved with each transaction, and it is not updated if you change the item later. This is similar to the description, which is copied and then remains unchanged even if you later edit the item and change the description.
If you use the group item on a new transaction of these various types, and then print, does it work as expected?
