Appreciate your effort in providing to us the error message you receive. Usually, this error occurs due to incorrect mapping or formatting. Hence, I recommend reviewing your CSV file to ensure it follows the format accepted by QuickBooks.

 

You can create a  3-column or 4-column format with the help of this article: Format CSV files in Excel to get bank transactions into QuickBooks. 

However, utilize a private browser if the issue persists to prevent corrupted cache file discrepancies by refreshing the website's preferences. You can proceed to these keyboard shortcuts depending on your browser:

 

   1. Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N

   2. Safari 11 or newer: ⌘ + Shift + N 

   3. Mozilla Firefox: Shift + Ctrl + P 

   4. Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + N
