Has anyone seen this error code in a bank register? "Unexpected token < in JSON at position 0"

I'd be glad to provide you some troubleshooting steps to fix this, @sevenwheels.

To start, let's access your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account via a private or incognito window. Using a private or incognito window doesn't store cache from your browser. You may use these keyboard shortcuts in opening a private window:

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox and Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Safari: Command + Option + P

If it works, let's go back to your regular browser and clear its cache to start fresh. However, you can also use another supported browser if you got the same result.

If the issue persists, I suggest contacting our support team. By doing so, they can further check your account and provide a resolution to fix this.

I've also added this Community resource that can guide you more about banking in QuickBooks Online: Find help with bank feeds and reconciling accounts.

I appreciate your patience while we're working on this. If you have any other issues or concerns, please let me know by dropping a comment below. Have a nice day.
