To start, let's access your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account via a private or incognito window. Using a private or incognito window doesn't store cache from your browser. You may use these keyboard shortcuts in opening a private window:
Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
Mozilla Firefox and Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + P
Safari: Command + Option + P
If it works, let's go back to your regular browser and clear its cache to start fresh. However, you can also use another supported browser if you got the same result.
