To verify my understanding, what's the error message you're receiving when trying to connect with Valley Bank?
There's several possible reasons why you're unable to connect with a particular financial institution:
Initially, I'd recommend checking the link you're using to verify it's accurate. You can go to your bank’s website and copy their URL, then paste it in the Enter your bank name or URL search box.
If you get the same result, try other titles of your financial institution that are listed. Sometimes a bank has multiple names, or they might have different types of accounts.
Here's how:
In the event you've tried all the options for your bank's name and still can't connect, you can send a request to add your bank on the list of supported financial institutions. You can do so by clicking Request support for your bank, entering your bank's URL in the field provided, then selecting Request.
For additional information, you can also check our guide on connecting bank accounts and credit cards.
As a workaround, you can manually import transactions into your books for the time being.
Please feel welcome to send a reply if there's any questions or additional information you'd like to provide. Have a lovely day!
Try opening your QBO account on any private/incognito browser. If the problem persists, use MT Online or one of the converter tools (e.g csv2qbo) as a workaround.
