Haven't been able to log in for 3 weeks??

Once I try to log in there's an error message that says, " There's an issue on our end. We're on it? " Would a recovery link for Qb rep work, we also did all troubleshooting and clear cache.

The Recover your Intuit Account option only works if you have forgotten your user ID or password, or you're locked out of your Intuit Account. However, since this is not your issue, this action will not be effective for you.

 

Since you are unable to log in to your account, the best way to reach our live support team is through a QuickBooks Online test drive:

 

 

Once you're in the test drive, you can use the Help (?) icon to connect with our support experts, who can investigate your account and get this resolved.
