Before we start, can you share with me the product you're using in QuickBooks? Depending on your accounting software, you follow these steps to connect with our QuickBooks Team.
QuickBooks Online
- Sign in to your QuickBooks Online company.
- Select Help (?).
- Click either tab to get started:
- Assistant: Get quick, personalized answers. Select a suggested option, or type a question or topic you need help with. For further help, choose Talk to a human.
- Search: select Contact Us and choose a way to connect with us:
- Start a chat with a support expert.
- Get a callback from the next available expert.
QuickBooks Desktop
- Open QuickBooks.
- Go to Help, then click QuickBooks Desktop Help/Contact Us.
- Select Contact Us.
- Give a brief description of your issue, and click Continue.
- Sign in to your Intuit account and select Continue and then Continue with my account.
- We'll email you a single-use code. Enter your code and click Continue.
- Select to chat with us or Have us call you.

Simply select the product you're using and click Continue.
