There's no reported issue on syncing Shopify with Bold.
Have you tried using a different app to sync Shopify? There are multiple third-party apps that can help.
- On your QuickBooks Online account, click Apps on the left pane.
- Enter Shopify on the search box.
- Multiple results will be shown. You can choose from them.
