We can download the QuickBooks app on your mobile. This way, you can access the data in your QuickBooks account anytime and everywhere. However, please take note that using QuickBooks Online mobile app may not let all the information visible since there's a feature limitation when using this platform.
The good thing about using the mobile app is you can stay connected with the activity happening within your book. As long as you have paid QuickBooks Online subscription, you can install and use QBO mobile app either the iOS or Android version to your smart-phone or tablet, and sign-in with your QuickBooks user credentials.
We can directly go to the Shortcuts tab, which includes tiles for Invoices, Customers, Estimates, Sales Receipts, Expenses, Receipt Capture, Mileage, and Transactions when creating a new one. To see all available features, we can simply move the slider to All from the Shortcuts tab.
Aside from that, you can log in using a web browser on your phone.
