Your bank isn't included on the list because Emirates NBD (ENBD) does not currently have a direct connection with QuickBooks Online (QBO). However, we can submit a request to add your bank's connection.
Here's how:
- Go to the Accounting menu, then select Bank transactions.
- Click on the Link account in the upper right corner.
- Search for the name of your financial institution. If QuickBooks is unable to find your bank, you will get the message, "We can’t find Emirates NBD" in our list of providers".
- Click on the "Request a provider" below to proceed with your request.
- Enter your Account provider name and Account provider sign-in URL, then select Request.
