Hi, I’m not sure why I cannot see my receipts They say “ photo is unavailable” please help!

QuickBooks requires supported format to view the receipt photo, lazraq07. Let's make sure that the photo is supported and do troubleshooting steps to successfully view your receipt.

 

Before we start, could you please tell us which device you are using? Different devices can encounter various issues, and we are prepared to offer you the most suitable troubleshooting steps tailored to your specific device.

 

If you are using computer, please ensure that the receipt photo is uploaded in a supported format such as PDF, JPEG, JPG, GIF, or PNG. If the photo is in one of these formats and you are still encountering issues, we can perform a browser troubleshooting to see if cached data and cookies can accumulate and cause conflicts or outdated content to be displayed.

 

If you are using an Android mobile device, try resetting the app data as the stored cache might be causing unusual behavior in the QuickBooks app.

 

Here's how:

  1. Go to Menu ☰, then select More Options ⋮.
  2. Tap Settings and click Refresh Data.
  3. Tap YES to confirm.

 

If you are using iOS mobile devices, you can also reset the app data to resolve this.

 

Here's how:

  1. Go to Menu ☰ and tap Help & Feedback.
  2. Tap Refresh Data.
  3. Click Refresh to confirm.
