I wouldn't recommend to connect PP personal account to QB account. You will withdraw your fund to your personal bank account and transfer it to your business one as payment from your client against your invoice. Anyway, why do they ask to pay it thru PP?

Hi,

Would it be better to set up a Business Paypal & connect it to my Quickbooks?

The client just requested to pay via Paypal & I wanted to see if it was an option to set up for potential future payments.

Best,
Toby

If you are open a new PP business account, they may hold your fund for up 60 days + get total payment for minimum $100 + reached minimum 5 different payments/deposits. Bottomline, if your PP business account age is still young, don't expect to withdraw any of your balance immediately.
