I can't find any client service available on weekend either. Perhaps sharing my problem may help?
I was having trouble with preparing 1099s and I agree this year was difficult.
First client didn't seem to be a problem. Processed the 1099s, went to billing...all done.
Then went to a client who had full payroll. So when I went to process the 1099 I was dumped out to some website saying there was no account. Unfortunately Intuit had to fix.
Once that seemed to be fixed, I went to another client with no payroll. Had the same problem when I went to "finish", I got dumped out to a website stating no client could be found. Never asked for credit card billing. Back to Intuit again I went. After various attempts logging in/out, using incognito, it finally worked using CHROME.
The other suggestion I may offer to help.....make sure all the payments/transactions had "VENDORS" assigned to them, otherwise the payments won't show up for the 1099.
