Let us share some information on why you're not seeing your Amazon app feed in the QuickBooks Online (QBO) mobile app, even though it's connected on the browser, Klima.
The QBO mobile app doesn't support app feeds. You can only use this feature on the web browser version since the mobile app is for quick tasks like creating invoices, recording expenses, and checking reports.
On the other hand, you can categorize your app transactions; however, we need to do this from your QBO account on a web browser. Here’s how:
- Go to My apps on the left menu.
- Select Accounting.
- Choose Integration transactions.
- Select your app, and from there, you can categorize the transactions.
