I've got you covered, @peggez. We can reset your employee's password to regain access to their account. I'd be glad to walk you through this process.
Let's start by selecting the I forgot my user ID or password link and follow the onscreen instructions.

After that, you'll be asked to enter your phone number or email address to receive User ID Recovery information. From there, select the link in the notification that you receive (text message/email) to reset your User ID.
Alternatively, you can print or save the employee’s paystub as a PDF and send it directly to their email or another secure method. Here’s how to do that in QuickBooks Online:
- Navigate to Payroll, then Employees.
- Select Paycheck list below Run payroll.
- Choose the paycheck you want to print.
- In the Action column, select Print.
- A preview of the paycheck or pay stub opens. Select the printer icon to print.
In QuickBooks Desktop, please follow these steps:
- Go to File, then select Print Forms.
- Select Pay Stubs, then your payroll Bank Account.
- Enter the date range that includes the pay date of the pay stubs and select which pay stubs to print.
- Click Preferences and enter text in the Company message to be printed on all pay stubs box if you want to include a message on each pay stub.
- Select Preview to view pay stubs before you print them.
- When you're ready, select Print.

Furthermore, you can generate the Payroll Summary report, which provides an overview of payroll figures for all employees.
