Having the option to merge Intuit Payroll and QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT) into one QuickBooks Online (QBO) account is a great idea, @hvkabaria. However, this feature is currently unavailable.
Instead, you can subscribe to QuickBooks Online and add a payroll subscription intended specifically for QBO. Here’s how to subscribe:
- Go to the Plans and Pricing page to check for plans and their pricing.
- Choose a plan that best suits your needs and click Choose Plan.
- Select a Payroll subscription and click Add to Plan.
- Review your plan and create or sign in to your Intuit Account.
- Enter an Email, Phone number, and Password.
- Click One more step, and follow the last step.
