Welcome to the Community forum, Courtney37. I'm delighted to have you making your first post here. To help you navigate, you can view all open and unpaid bills by visiting the Unpaid tab on the Bills page. I'll provide comprehensive guidance below to ensure you have all the information you need.

In QuickBooks Online (QBO), the Bills page is organized into three tabs: For Review, Unpaid, and Paid. Each of these tabs is designed to help you easily manage and view different types of bills based on their payment status.

To display the open or unpaid bills in QuickBooks Online, here's how:

1. Navigate to the Expenses menu.

2. Select Bills.

3. Click on the Unpaid tab.

Within this tab, utilize the filtering options to narrow down your search. You can filter the bills by specifying criteria such as vendor names and bill dates.

For additional insights, please refer to the article: Review and manage bills.

Furthermore, consider generating an Unpaid Bills Report as an alternative method to effectively track and manage outstanding payments owed to your vendors.

Moreover, you can explore these resources for more information on managing your bills, handling associated payments, and sending them out promptly:

This approach simplifies the process, allowing you to efficiently oversee and monitor all outstanding bills. If you need further assistance, don't hesitate to add your comment below. I'm always here to back you up.
