In QuickBooks Self-Employed, the payment date will be recorded when you mark the invoice as paid, Rodney.
You can submit your feedback through the mobile app so we can improve our product, as the option to enter the actual payment date in invoices is not available.
Here's how:
- Tap the QB Assistant icon.
- Type feedback and send.
- Select Add a feature.
