How can I downgrade my Accountant Desktop Plus subscription.

I have decided to slowly close my business and the clients I do have (and plan do keep as long as they need me) only need me to calculate payroll, and properly process the quarterly and year end reports payroll reports.  These clients don't use direct deposit or have me print checks. Is there an option that is not so costly to still accomplish my customer's needs?

How can I downgrade my Accountant Desktop Plus subscription.

Thanks for taking the time to post in the Community, A2Z Payroll.

I've got some insights about downgrading your subscription. A payroll subscription is required when running payroll reports on a quarterly or year-end basis. This subscription comes with a direct deposit feature; however, you have the option not to use this if it's not needed.

I would also recommend reaching out to our Customer Support team to review your account and cancel any subscriptions that aren't needed.

Moreover, I'm adding this article as your reference in running payroll: Create and run your payroll.

Please feel free to visit the Community again if you have any further concerns regarding downgrading your subscriptions. Take care!

@A2Z Payroll

Are you running QB Desktop Accountant just to manage your clients' bookkeeping? Or does your client have its own QB Desktop license?
