Hi, John424. You can update your client’s information in QuickBooks Online by navigating to the Customer Hub.
Here’s how to do it:
- Go to My Apps and open Customer Hub.
- Click Customers, then select the specific client whose information you want to update.
- In the top right corner, beside Give Feedback, click Edit.
- Make the necessary changes to the address, contact person, or any other information.
- Once finished, select Save to apply the updates.
