How can I get a callback from a person?

I'll guide you through getting a callback from an agent, @jeff.downtoearth. 

I'd recommend using the Get a callback feature from the Help menu. This way, one of our representatives will confirm your call. You can request with them to be transferred if you'll want to talk with a specific agent. Once done, they can securely access your account and fix your issues timely. You'll first have to review our support hours to ensure they can assist you on time. Here's how: 

1. Go to the Help menu at the upper right. 
2. Choose Contact Us. 
3. Enter your specific concern in the What can we help you with? box. 
4. Click Let's talk. 
5. Select Get a callback. 
6. Enter your contact details. 
7. Hit Confirm my call. 

Once resolved, I suggest visiting this website: QuickBooks Online (QBO) Resource Hub. It provides you articles about managing your QBO account, income, expenses, banking, inventory, and running reports. Just click + More topics under Topics to expand the sections.
