How can I match 1 sale receipt/refund receipt to multiple banks feed

Hello, I was wondering how can i match 1 sale receipt/refund/vendor credit/credit memo/etcc to mutliple feed? Let say i sold something with a gross amount and when the feeds get downloaded to QBO, it breaks fee apart from the gross with how much i collect, fees taken out, others. So when i record the gross amount, i will include the breakdown & all that got broken down to my net in 1 record so that i save time & work and have it match to those separately feed rather then creating 1 record for each one of those feed when it originally belongs to one sale.

How can I match 1 sale receipt/refund receipt to multiple banks feed

Welcome back to the Community, @mikelu9661.

In QuickBooks Online (QBO), the ability to match 1 transaction to multiple bank feed is currently unavailable. As a workaround, you can exclude them in the Banking page, and manually clear the transactions in the register. This way, the total amount that's cleared in your bank matches what's in QuickBooks.

Here's how to exclude them:

  1. In QBO, go to the Banking menu at the left pane to get to the Banking page.
  2. Click the For Review or In QuickBooks tab and place a checkmark in the duplicates.
  3. In the Batch actions drop-down, pick Exclude selected

After that, here's how to manually clear the transactions:

  1. Go to the Accounting menu at the left pane to get to the Chart of Accounts.
  2. Locate the account where the transactions are added, then tick View register under Action column.
  3. Select the transaction and continually click on the status field (check column) to get the cleared status (C).
  4. Hit Save to complete the process.

I can see how this having this option would be helpful for you and your business. Rest assured that I'll pass along your suggestion to our Product Developers. They're always looking for ideas to consider on how to improve QBO. In the meantime, I recommend visiting our Blog site. This is where we share recent happenings and future developments, such as updates to newly added features.

Just in case, I'll add this article for future reference: Match and categorize bank transactions in QuickBooks Online.
