Let's make sure that the transaction type that you've opened is labeled as Check. This way, we can edit and see the Print check option at the bottom of the Check window.

Then the Print Checks window will give you the Print setup option.
Also, we can isolate this via incognito or private browser mode to test if there's a possible issue within the browser. When you can see the Print check option and successfully made it from there, I'd suggest clearing the browser's cache with the help of the links below.
Once it's cleared, the browser will get a fresh start and download the latest QuickBooks Online data and frames. You can also use other recommended browsers outlined above.

Thanks. It's back. Apparently I was having a problem with my double monitors. Now the second one is showing the print check fields. Sorry to trouble you!
