Nice to have you in the Community, @njain5_iamtestpa. I'd be happy to show you how to print an invoice in QuickBooks Online.
You can print an Invoice with the following steps:
- Open up the Invoice.
- Select Print or Preview at the bottom of the screen.
- Click Print or Preview again.
- Select Print.
