I have been using QB online for more than a year with no problem. Now my invoices and statements will not print. The printer is fine and works for all other applications.

First, may I know the specific error message you're getting when trying to print your invoices in QuickBooks Online (QBO)? This way, I'll be able to gather enough details of your concern and deliver you the right amount of information.


On the other hand, we currently have an ongoing investigation about customers not being able to print or mail invoices from QBO. This error occurred when they try to print/mail the transactions. Please try again after some time.","code":-19275. If you're getting the same message, our engineers are now working on a solution to the issue. While they're finding a fix, I encourage reaching out to our Support Team and have them attach your case to INV-47957 so they can add your account information to the notification list.
