how can I print statements that don't have a email address without having to check each one? I don't want to send the ones with emails.

Currently, you have to manually choose each statement for customers who don't have email addresses in order to print them, dougw2. However, I will provide a workaround and guide you on how to submit feedback, which will enable you to print them effortlessly in the future.

If there are more statements without email addresses, you can select all statements by ticking the checkbox before the Recipients column and then manually uncheck the ones that have email addresses to filter them out when printing. To do so, here's how:

  1. Open your QuickBooks account.
  2. Go to the + New button, then select Statements.
  3. In the Create Statements window, tick the checkbox beside the Recipients column to select all statements.
  4. Untick the checkboxes for customer statements that include an email address.
  5. Once done, click the Print or Preview option.
  6. After that, review the information on the Preview Statements page, then click Print and close once done.

Moreover, if you have more statements with email addresses than those without, I suggest submitting a product suggestion to add a feature that filters out those without email addresses. Your feedback will help us improve QuickBooks to meet user needs and expectations. To submit your one, please follow these steps:

  1. Open your QuickBooks Online.
  2. Go to the Gear icon, the under profile select Feedback.
  3. Enter your product request or suggestion.
  4. Click the Next button.

Moreover, here's a helpful article that you can save or bookmark if you need guidance in creating automated payment reminders for your sales forms in QuickBooks: Create automated payment reminders for invoices and statements.
