I'm trying to change the master admin for my account but don't have the password to login to QB. I can't get to the help button. I've sent in the paperwork to make the change but the account security team has not received all they need . I've sent the docs many times. I need to talk to a person on the team to find an alternative method of sending in my docs. The secure portal is not working for me. Enosek62

Since you need to contact our phone support in order to fix this concern, I can provide you steps on how to get in touch with them without logging in to QuickBooks Online.
Let's use a dummy email to sign in into QBO, then click I forgot my user ID or Password. Once routed to the help page in QuickBooks and click Try something else.
Then, click message us for support. After this, you will be routed to another page where you need to fill in the information, then click Submit.

I can not request a call back number due to bein locked out because my registration expired and can not access the help page, can you please request a call back for me so I can register and procced with my work?
I have been trying to register for a long time and the message tells me my phone number and zip code I enter does not match with registration on file. Please help
