Good day, eric153. When the search field isn’t visible on the invoices page, it may sometimes be due to a temporary glitch in the system or a browser-related issue that’s preventing the page from fully loading or displaying correctly.
To resolve this, we recommend refreshing the page first, as this can help reload all features and ensure they’re available. If refreshing doesn’t work, try logging out of your account and logging back in. This action can reset your session and often resolves minor functionality issues.
Additionally, incompatibilities or outdated settings in your browser can sometimes interfere with how a page loads. If the problem persists, we suggest switching to a different browser or ensuring your current browser is updated to its latest version.
Alternatively, you can search your invoices through the Invoice List report by going to the Reports section. From the page, you can use the keyboard shortcut CTRL + F to search for the invoice number, amount, or customer name.
