How can I see a deleted user's activity?

We can utilize the Audit Log feature to view the historical activity for the deleted user or accountant, Princess5.

The audit log will display all the transactions and changes made by that specific user, even though their account is no longer active. You can then review the details of their actions, including what they created, edited, or deleted.

Here's how:

1. Go to the Gear icon.
2. Under Tools, select Audit Log.
   
3. On the Audit Log page, you'll see a list of all recent activities. To narrow down the results to the specific user you're looking for, use the Filter button at the top.
