To determine who cancelled it, I recommend contacting our live payment support team. They have the necessary tools and resources to identify the party who cancelled the payment.

- Click on the Help icon and choose the Search tab.
- In the search field, enter the contact support.
- Select the Contact Us button.
- Choose the Have us call you in the Callback section.
- Follow the on-screen steps.
