To start talking to someone from our support team, I recommend going to the Assistant icon. From there, you have the option to enter your phone number to request a callback. Please note that they're only open from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM Monday-Friday.
Here's how:
- Go to Assistant from the top bar.
- Type “Talk to a human.” in the type something field.
- Select your preferred support method: Message an agent (Live chat), or Get a callback. Keep in mind, some options are only available at certain times.
