You can follow these simple steps on how to get in touch with them:

  1. Go to Help and enter Talk to a human.
  2. Enter a keyword of your concern, then click Show more or No.
  3. Select Talk to a human > I still need a human > Contact Us.

Also, you can search for articles from the Help button that may help you in managing your business.

You have been no help at all!

 

I have a security concern!  You have a phone number listed for me that belongs to someone else!

 

I want that number changed...

 

Still want to talk to a human, even if he is from India.  PLEASE LET ME SPEAK TO A HUMAN!

WHERE IS THE HELP BUTTON FOUND that is mentioned by you... I do not NOT see such an option any more.

Thanks for joining in on this thread. We hate to see you cancel your account and leave. However, canceling your QuickBooks Online (QBO) subscription is a simple process. All you need to do is go through your Billing and Subscription menu. 

 

Here's how: 

 

  1. Go to the Gear (Settings) icon in the top right-hand corner. 
  2. Select the Account and Settings option under "Your Company."
  3. Click the Billing and Subscription tab. 
  4. From the QuickBooks portion, press Cancel Subscription or Cancel online
  5. Hit Continue to cancel
  6. Follow the rest of the steps. 
  7. Tap Submit and cancel subscription
  8. Choose Got it

Afterward, we'll send an email to the account administrator that confirms the cancelation. You can also review this link to find the steps above, plus what happens to your data after your cancel
