How canI upgrade my subscription in QB

Hello!

I'm currently subscribed to QuickBooks Plus, but I want to upgrade my subscription to QuickBooks Online Advanced. How can I do this, because when i follow these steps:

Go to the Gear (Settings) icon and choose Account and Settings. Select the Billing & Subscription menu. In the QuickBooks Online section, hit Upgrade.  Choose the plan you want, and select Upgrade. Confirm your payment information and select Save.

I can not find button Upgrade.

In attachment picture of my problem.

Thank you!

Malika.

Re: How canI upgrade my subscription in QB

It's possible that you have a QuickBooks Online account for a different country, Malika.

QuickBooks Online Advanced is only offered in the U.S. If you have subscribed to the U.S version of QuickBooks Online Plus, then you will see the Upgrade option in the settings.

Here's a sample screenshot for your reference:

You can also visit our website here: https://quickbooks.intuit.com/online/advanced/. Then, try the test drive or watch a video on how QuickBooks Online Advanced works.

Let us know if you need anything else. We're always around to help you more. Thanks.

Re: How canI upgrade my subscription in QB

Hello sir/mam!

Thank you for your answer.  I'm not subscribed to the U.S version of QuickBooks Online Plus. It is just QuickBooks Online Plus.

But what should I do if I want to use the more advanced features of QB. Such as loading exele files, importing invoices, as well as gaining access to QB for more than 3 users. What kind of plan can you advise me.

Re: How canI upgrade my subscription in QB

Thank you for adding more details, Malika.

You can try finding an app online which can upload your invoices or Excel data to QuickBooks. With regards to adding more users, you can actually have 25 users in a non-US Plus version. Only the Plus version for US is limited to 5.

Please don't hesitate to go back to this thread if you have other questions in mind.

Re: Question about stock

Hi!

How can I correctly carry out such an operation in QB, for example, as : if we bought a ready-made set of devices, which consists of 4 sensors, and then sold it separately, that is, each sensor separately.
Since we entered 1 set in QB, then we have 1 set in stock in QB. But if we implement each sensor individually, then there will be no shortage in the stock.
How can I correctly disassemble the kit (unpack the kit) in QB so that the quantity of goods bought and sold matches.

Thank you!

Re: Question about stock

hi @Malika24 ,

I am not sure QBO has a assembly or disassembly feature yet. You have to consider a workaround to adjust your inventory manually. Another option, you may consider to purchase an inventory management as add-on.
