How do a print a bill that was saved in the past?

Currently, QuickBooks Online doesn't offer an option for printing Paid Bills. As a workaround, you can use the universal keyboard shortcuts to print a basic version of any web-page you're viewing.

You can follow the steps below to know-how:

1. From QuickBooks Online, navigate to the Expenses tab and the Expenses section.
2. Find the Bill you'd like to print in the list below and click to open it.
3. Press CTRL+P on your keyboard.
4. Your browser's Print Preview window will open. If you’re using Google Chrome, it will allow you to change the orientation (Landscape vs. Portrait) and the Scale of the printed page to ensure all information fits.
5. Once ready, click Print.
