Welcome to the QuickBooks Community! QuickBooks Online is a great tool to have, It helps keep your books balanced. I can provide some information about paying bills within QuickBooks.
There currently isn't the option to pay bills within QuickBooks Online, but as Fiat mentioned, you could use a 3rd party application that works with QuickBooks Online. You can check out our App section in your QuickBooks account to see if there would be an app that may help you. You can find the App section at the bottom of the list to the left in your QuickBooks account. I can see how this feature would be great to have. I recommend leaving feedback by navigating to the Gear icon and selecting the Feedback option. These comments are viewed and considered by our developers as they create new features for QuickBooks.
