You can also run Estimates by Customer report to track estimates you've created for each of your customers. To do so, simply go to the Reports menu and type Estimates by Customer in the search field.

I’m here to share some information about the review and approve button of an Estimate.
In QBO, your customers can view and approve the estimates sent to them. However, some features aren’t available yet. I've got an option you may consider to get an online customer approval system set up for your Estimates.
There are different apps developed that integrate with QuickBooks. To find one, I invite you to visit the App Center. You can search for a keyword like Estimates to see apps that offer platforms for customer-approving estimates. From there, you’ll get a better comparison of these apps and see if one meets your needs.
