Welcome to the Community space, @JCorbett. I'm here to help share the steps in adjusting the payee information that prints on checks.
You'll want to fix the alignment of your check and adjust the payee information from there. If you use QuickBooks-compatible checks, they're correctly aligned when you print them.
To fix the alignment, follow the steps below:
Once done, you can print the check and see if you're satisfied with adjustment or you need to make another one. Click on this article for detailed information: Fix print alignment for checks.
Furthermore, check out these articles below on how to configure alignment and fix some printing issues in QuickBooks:
I'm just a post away if you have any other questions. I'll be more than happy to help. Have a great day!
No I have not found a solution.
I am using Intuit checks. I followed the check alignment process in QuickBooks online and the “Pay to the order of” and “$” (dollar amounts) are properly aligned. The payee name and address start printing immediately below (no line spacing) the “Protected Against Fraud” line on the checks. I would like to move just the payee information down 2 lines. I would also like to increase the font size on just the payee information.
I am using Intuit Item #1872, Laser Secure Voucher checks. Can I change just the size and location of the payee information?
Jerry
