Join nowI have sent out invoices, received the payment but they all ended up being assigned to the wrong account. I want to change them to a different account. Example, I sent an invoice to a customer for $500, at the time I set the invoice up it was services, I entered the description and set the Class. When I received the payment and matched it to the invoice, I do not get an option to pick the account and it was automatically assigned to membership dues. I want to assign it to the category - non-government grant. This happened to all of my invoices. It is really messing up Statement of Activity and revenue/expense statements. How do I fix this? Thank you.
