I need to cancel QuickBooks. Our company has been dissolved and is no longer in business or in need of QuickBooks. Our license number is [removed]. I have tried every suggestion to get this done, but have NOT been successful. The directions I got from selfhelp.intuit.com were of no help. The "my profile" request comes up with an inert screen.
If Intuit doesn't help me to close this account, I will have no recourse but to challenge the automatic payment and block further charges from Intuit.
Please, please give me a contact number or send me notice that my account has been cancelled.
