You can reschedule an appointment using your mobile app, Kta.

Here's how: 
 

1. Sign in to the QuickBooks Online mobile app.
2. Select Live Expert to view your upcoming appointment.
3. Tap the appointment you'd like to modify, then click Edit appointment.
4. Select Choose a different date or time to update the details.
