How do I change the email address that the notification about the 'QuickBooks subscription Direct Debit payment' is sent to?

Hello there, cathy-hemsley.

 

I'd be glad to help you change your email address wherein the notification for your QuickBooks subscription payment is sent.

 

There are two ways to change the email address in QuickBooks. We can either do it by going to the Intuit Account or Manage users. If you'll want to follow the first option, see the steps below to complete the task.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Go to the Gear icon.
  2. Select Account and Settings under Manage users.
  3. Within the Users tab, find the master admin user type.
  4. Then, click Edit under the Action column.
  5. Change the email address
  6.  Then, Save.

Another way is through selecting the Intuit Account option under the Profile column. Within the Sign in & security tab, enter your new email address twice to confirm the new one. Then, enter your password to verify everything. Here's the sample screenshot;
