How do I change the from portion of my emails from Intuit e-commerce service to my organization name?

The option to change the email addresses in the From section when sending sales forms like invoices is unavailable, Tom. You can only use the default email address, which is quickbooks@notification.intuit.com, or add one Gmail address as a workaround. This is to protect your account and prevent security risks. Suspicious emails can sometimes be a scheme to get your info.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Go to the Sales menu and select Invoices.
  2. Find the invoice you want to modify and click View/Edit.
  3. Select Review and send.
  4. In the From dropdown, click +Add Gmail address and follow the on-screen steps.
  5. Adjust the email if needed, then select Send invoice.
