You can update your email address through your Intuit Account Manager, asolutionb.
Since you've mentioned that the existing email is already verified, we can no longer change it directly within your QuickBooks account. Instead, we can update it by following the steps below:
- Log in to the Intuit Account Manager using your QuickBooks login information.
- Click on the Overview menu.

- Select the Change email section.
- Once done, click Save.
