How do I clear a error about calculating tax?

It must be a glitch in the software that started today. I have been getting the same issue all day. If I select the state tax, and then "save & send" it works. But Based on location fails every single time.

Upon further research, I've found out that there's an ongoing investigation about the Error: "Were sorry, QuickBooks encountered an error while calculating tax. Try reselecting the tax rate or reentering the product/service item and saving the form again." Rest assured that our product engineers are currently working on resolving this issue.

That said, I recommend contacting our Customer Care Team to be added to the list of affected users. This way, you'll receive email updates and be notified when a resolution has been posted. 

Here's how to reach them:

1. Click the Help menu in the upper-right-hand corner.
2. Type in "Talk to a human", then press Enter.
3. Look for I still need a human and click on it.
4. Click Get help from a human or Contact Support Team.
5. Select between Send a message, Schedule an appointment, or Get a callback.
