How do I contact support, My QB Enterprise no longer works after updating.

Welcome to the Community, @CherylV. There are several possible reasons why the program behaves unexpectedly after updating. It could be on of the following:

 

  • Your company name may be too long
  • There may be a damaged or missing QBWUSER.INI file
  • Your hard drive might corrupted
  • Your program files or QuickBooks Desktop installation may be damaged
  • The Windows operating system may have be damaged 

 

Let's work together to get past this issue by running the QuickBooks Diagnostic tool to help us fix common update issues in QuickBooks Desktop. 

 

I'd suggest you close QuickBooks first, then Download the QuickBooks Install DiagnosticTool. When prompted, save the file to the local Desktop or your preferred location. Then, follow the steps below: 

 

  1. Open the QuickBooksToolHub.exe file.
  2. Follow the onscreen instruction to install and agree to the terms and conditions.
  3. When the install finishes, double-click the icon on your Windows desktop to open the tool hub.
