Cannot access my account and have been trying all week to contact tech support. The message window never goes through, the web links only goes around in a circle and no one answers the phone.

I'd go with Fiat Lux - ASIA's idea of using a private or incognito browser. This step will disable your browser's extensions and stops the cache from saving your browsing data. The cache, on the other hand, stores those data to speed up the reloading process when you revisit a page. However, a full one could cause unusual behaviors like a non-loading page or unresponsive buttons.

If you can log in, you'll want to go back to your regular browser and clear the cache. If not, try other browsers to see if this only happens to the one you use. You may also contact our QBO Support after doing the steps above.

Thank you for finally replying. If I go on the web I can access the account. If i try to access it from my phone it gives me the error that quickbooks has stopped. I have reloaded the app twice and did as you said and clear the cache. None of that worked.

I have signed in and NONE of the drop menus haven't given me the option to speak to a person. I have tried to leave a message on the help messages that DOESNT register. I have gone through all of the online automation assistance that just go around in a circle.
NONE of the replies on this forum have given me any thing that works.
The telephone number is NEVER answered. Your customer support in my opinion is seriously lacking
@Shakey_dude There is NO phone number for you to call. That's why you have to REQUEST a callback. However, what no one is telling you, is that in order for it to allow you to request a callback, you have to have just the right words typed in the box.

Type in what you need. (I have type nothing more that the word "Stupid", to get it to let me request a callback)
Click on Get help from a human
From there, it SHOULD let you get that callback. (It will take hours to get that, btw)
