How do I customize Vendor Bills? I don't see formatting option as in invoicing.

Welcome and thanks for visiting our forum, @Tara-SKB,

I can share some information about changing a bill's format or layout in QuickBooks Desktop.

Unlike sales forms and assemblies, vendor transactions are set by default and cannot be edited. Having the option to import or create templates for them is a good idea to add in the program.

As an alternative, you can try looking for third-party applications that processes bills or create templates for it. We have a forum where you can choose tools that are QuickBooks compatible. See them here:

Additionally, visit our Intuit Developers forum to connect with our developers who can help with app integrations. They can provide recommendations on what tools to use for your billing needs. Visit this link for further help: Intuit Developer Support

We want your voice to be heard. To log a suggestion to our developers, go to the Help menu and select Send Feedback Online.

Thanks for your time today. Feel free to stop by again if you need help with QuicBooks. I'll be glad to lend a hand.
