How do I delete hourly time cost to beginging of year for all projects

We use Builder Trend and import our hours to QBO projects. However the rates for each employee were entered wrong at the beginning. (without tax and overhead). How do we globally change the cost/rate for an employee for all projects?  Can we delete all hours entered in all projects and re import at the correct rate?

How do I delete hourly time cost to beginging of year for all projects

I've got your back, @ray37. I'm here to make you can get that correct rate imported to QuickBooks Online right away.

A quick way to resolve this is to go to the Weekly Timesheet page, then select the week period, and delete each line of time activities. This way, you'll be able to start again and import them at the correct rate.

  1. Click the Plus (+) icon.
  2. Select Weekly Timeesheet.
  3. Make sure the correct employee is entered.
  4. From the Weekly Period drop-down menu, identify and choose the incorrect week.

  5. Select the Trash (clear) icon to remove the hours.
  6. Click Save and close.

For more information about this process, I recommend following this article: Fill in a weekly timesheet

You can also check out this article to give you a clear picture of your profits from every project: Track income, costs, and profitability by project.
