How do I delete or make inactive a Bundle (In Products/Services)

There is no Checkbox to make a selection of Bundle.

Other Products/Services have a Checkbox & I can Delete them or make Inactive

How do I delete or make inactive a Bundle (In Products/Services)

I'll share the steps on how you can inactive a bundle in QBO, @Shinobi.

 

The checkbox is intended for batch actions. It means that you can perform a task for multiple items or transactions simultaneously. However, we can only change a bundle's status one at a time, unlike inventories and service items. This is the reason why you can't see a checkbox before a bundle item.

 

Although, I can provide you the steps on how you can change the bundle status to inactive. Here's how:

 

  1. Click the Gear icon and select Products and services.
  2. Under the ACTION column, click the drop-down arrow for the bundle item and select Make inactive.

 

In addition, you can run the Sales by Product/Service Detail in QuickBooks Online. This will show your sales, grouped by product or service. Including the dates of the transaction, transaction type, quantity, rate, amount, and total. Just go to Reports and look for the Sales by Product/Service Detail report.

 

Also, you can customize this report and memorized it to save its customized settings. This way, it would be easy for you to view the details that matter the most to your business.
