If your accountant still has access to the phone number or email address associated with their account, they can regain access through the sign-in help page, rac9.
Here’s how to do it:
- Follow this link to access the sign-in help page.
- Enter the account’s registered phone number or email address.
- Select Password, then Forgot password, or Text a code to [your number].
- Check your text messages or email for the verification code. Tip: Open your email inbox in a new tab, but keep the original sign-in page open.
- Follow the instructions provided to sign in. They can reset their password when prompted or skip this step if they prefer.
If your accountant no longer has access to the phone number or email address on file and cannot remember their user ID or password, they will need to fill out the account recovery form to regain access.
Alternatively, you can reinvite them to your account using a different email address to reestablish access.
