How do I find my Company ID?

I already have my backup set up. I installed a new computer and want to restore my backup onto this computer. It says I don't have any backups

We'll need help from Support to check further why you have no available backups despite having a correct setup. You can reach them using these steps:

1. Click on Help and select QuickBooks Desktop Help.
2. Select Contact Us at the bottom.
3. Enter a summary of the scenario and click Let's talk.
4. Click on Message an Agent.
